For smaller items like jewellery, watches, vesta cases, etc we offer (within the UK) a Jiffy Bag (size 00) service via Royal Mail Special Delivery (21cm x 12cm) for jewellery, watches, vesta cases etc.

Whilst we endeavour to pack items as well as we can, we will NOT be held responsible for any damage or loss to items sent. By paying for our in house packing and shipping service the buyer agrees that any items sent are entirely at the buyer's risk and that NO compensation can be offered for any loss or damage.

Items are sent a minimum of a week following the sale and cannot be guaranteed for a specific date.

NB: As this is a Timed Online-only auction and under EU Consumer Law any discrepancies with bought items must be brought to our attention within 21 days of the sale date end or 14 days after receiving purchases. Otherwise refunds will not be entertained (as we need to pay out vendors after this period).
